Introduction
I mentioned in my profile that in my "spare" time I enjoy writing. My work as a doula is something about which I'm very passionate; naturally, it is a source of inspiration for me. This section includes some of my writings on my experiences both as a doula and in my own personal birthing journey. I share them with you to provide you better insight into who I am, who the person you are inviting into your birth is.
"Kristy was a tremendous help before, during and after our daughter's birth. She is a good listener and was careful to make sure she understood the birth experience we desired long before we entered the delivery room. She was willing to provide us her opinions when we sought them but was always non-judgmental and supportive of our decisions.
